My unit condo renovation has been done, and there are three room - masterbed room, medium and small room. I wanna rent out the medium and small room.
The rental for medium is RM 250 per month, small room is RM 200 per month. Not include water/electricity bills, the bills will be devided by tenants

There is RapidKL stop in front of the guard house, and around 15-20 minutes walking distance to the Tasik Selatan LRT station.
